Instructions :
- Coat a 12" x 15" baking dish with oil and set aside.
- Attach a sugar thermometer to a medium-sized saucepan.
- Place butter, brown sugar, white sugar, whipping cream, condensed milk and corn syrup in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Heat over medium heat until mixture reaches 250°F.
- Remove the pan from the heat and add the vanilla.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared mould and allow to cool completely before serving.
- Cut the caramel into pieces and wrap in wax paper.
